Gold Rush Cider

Our flagship cider, blended from over 20 varieties of English apples. Gold Rush is a traditional still cider. Available in 1, 2 and 5 litre plastic jerry cans and 3, 5, 10 and 20 litre bag in boxes.

Dry, Medium or Sweet

Five Acres

Our most popular and longest established bottled product, ‘Five Acres’ has been traditionally crafted over many months and blended using over 20 different varieties of apples, pasteurised and lightly carbonated to give a refreshing medium cider bursting with fruit flavour.

Morgan Sweet

Our 2018 British Championship Bronze award winning single variety cider made from Morgan Sweet Apples – a dual purpose Somerset apple used in both cider making and as an eating apple. These are one of the earliest apples of the season to ripen, so is the first cider made of the year, which has been pasteurised and lightly carbonated to give a fruity tasting refreshing cider.

We were lucky enough to source a small local orchard of the now rare old Kingston Black apples last year. A Bittersharp apple, regarded as being one of the world’s finest cider apple varieties, which has balanced tannin and acidity producing a full-bodied cider with a delightful distinctive flavour

Turnhill Sunrise

A sweet cider blend consisting mainly of Dabinett and Yarlington Mill apples, providing a smooth sweet drink, our newest bottled range is proving very popular.

English Apple Juice

We have been making apple juice on the farm since 2016 and in our first year of making it, we were awarded a Silver in the British Championship.  We make single variety juices from locally sourced Egremont Russet, Braeburn and Cox apples and each one has their own unique qualities and tastes.. 

Dabinett

Our 2019 British Championship Gold award winning single variety cider made from Dabinett Apples. A late season classic, the Somerset Bittersweet apple first discovered by William Dabinett in the 1900’s, which makes a cider with a big fruity aroma, nutty, full bodied, and well balance.

Yarlington Mill

Our first year of making this single variety cider made from Yarlington Mill apples – a late harvested Somerset apple. ‘Yarlington Mill’ is red and yellow in colour and a firm favourite with cider makers, as it produces a deep rich, red, medium cider with good aroma and taste

Ice Cider

Ice Cider is made by freezing the apple juice and removing the ice.  The remaining naturally concentrated juice is then fermented into Ice Cider.  It has a unique flavour that combines bitter-sweet and sharp qualities found in a traditional vintage cider apples

Seven Bends

Is 100% pure apple juice cider that undergoes 2 special processes during its making which sees it become wholly unique to what is considered as conventional English Cider those are full of maceration of the juice prior to pressing and keeving, which removes the bitter tannins.   The result is a golden full bodied naturally sweet sparkling cider, bursting with tastes of the orchard make for sharing.

Apple Cider Vinegar

We use unfiltered and unpasteurised apple juice to make our apple cider vinegar, aged in wood. 100% apple juice with no additives and no preservatives. Excellent for salad and beneficial for arthritis and weight loss. Cider Vinegar is available in 250ml and 500ml glass bottle with pourer, or 1 litre plastic jerry can.
